Celia wears a beautiful ruffled dress w. pretty pink pleated lace, a satin ribbon tie and a handmade georgette bloom (w. pearl centre).

She also has a separate layered tulle underskirt.....in pale lemon

Her headband has a ruffled fabric and tulle bloom (w. a pearl centre) and felt/fabric leaves and she has a ribbon bracelet w. rhinestone heart charm

Celia also comes with a pretty ruffled fabric and lace capelet.....with a satin ribbon tie

Her pumps are 100% wool felt and lace w. satin ribbon ties and cannot be removed

 

She will be sold by a ballot....purchaser to be drawn by Random.Org (a random number generator)

Note: Celia has been designed as a decorator piece and/or for gentle supervised play by children over 5. She is not suitable for younger children (for play) due to small parts.
