Chloe has a ruffled dress in a selection of fabrics from the Ooh La La  and Puttin' on the Ritz by Bunny Hill Designs for Moda fabric ranges. 

Her dress has a  beautiful embroidered tulle lace ruffle and a satin ribbon tie.

Her lace headband has a handmade bloom with a pearl and rhinestone centre.....she also has a ribbon bracelet with a rhinestone heart charm.

Chloe will be sold by a ballot....purchaser to be drawn by Random.Org (a random number generator)

Note: Headband and bracelet should be removed for children under 3 due to small parts.....Supervised gentle play is recommended
